Legal counsel. Graduate of the faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
From the beginning of her professional practice, she specializes in interdisciplinary project from different areas of law, related to new technologies with focus on IT law, personal data, and FinTech issues.
Agata participated in numerous licensing, implementation, service, and hosting projects, for both private and public entities. She also has experiences in consulting related to the exit from dependency on IT service providers, as well as in projects implemented with the use of EU funds, including in infrastructure, IT, and R&D projects.
She gained her professional experienced in renowned law firms, providing services to significant private and public entities.
Speaker at conferences and trainings on intellectual property law, public procurement, personal data protection and FinTech. Author of industry publications and co-author of practical commentaries (Commentary on the Regulation No. 2015/75 on interchange fees in relation to payment transactions based on a card, LEX Publisher / elector 2015). Winner of the Patent Office’s award for her master’s thesis.
