Attorney-at-law (since 2018). Graduate of the faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, specialization: Law (2014), Intellectual Property and New Media Law (2017) and of the faculty of Philosophy at the Jagiellonian University, specialization: Comparative Studies of Civilisations (2013).

He specializes in copyright law, and the law of new technology, with a particular emphasis on Internet law, personal data protection and issues related to the protection of personal rights.

In his work to date, he has dealt with many projects related to intangible property rights, under which he prepared IT contracts, regulations for electronic services, legal opinions on business models and assessment of the validity of claims, advised on cyber security, participated in works under proceedings regarding copyright tables of collecting societies, participated in the creation of due diligence reports.

He also has experience in the comprehensive implementation of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ongoing consultancy in the field of personal data protection. He conducted audits regarding the compliance of personal data processing, prepared audit reports, prepared full documentation related to the protection of personal data, conducted training on practical aspects of personal data protection.

He gained his professional experience in renowned law firms, in teams specializing in new technology law and intangible property rights.
