Marta Czeladzka, LL.M

Legal counsel, graduate of the doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University and of the LL.M studies in Comparative, European and International Laws at the European University Institute in Florence. She completed the Diploma in English and European Law at the British Law Centre, a joint venture between the Law Faculties of the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw, and the Diploma in Italian and European Law, organized jointly by the University of Warsaw and Dipartimento Seminario Giuridico Università degli Studi di Catania.

She gained her work experience in law firms specializing in intellectual property law, with particular focus on copyright law, and in new technologies law. She also worked as a legal adviser at Polish collective management organization, cooperating with CMOs from other countries grouped in international federation.

Participant in national and international conferences on intellectual property law, including – several times – International Conference on Internet, Law & Politics, organized by Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in Barcelona. Author of publications on copyright law.
