Attorney-at-law (since 2018). Graduate of the faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, specialization: Law and the Ukrainian Law School program offered by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, he is completing post-graduate studies in intellectual property and new media law at the Jagiellonian University.
He specializes in complex international business agreements (in particular agreements regarding TMT and IT fields), intellectual property law, tax law and issues concerning labour law and immigration law.
In his professional practice he dealt with interdisciplinary projects concerning international business. He advised entities operating in both Polish as well as foreign jurisdictions (UK, US, ASEAN). He participated in projects concerning contracts for the provision of software and programming services, including those regarding fields subject to statutory regulations (FinTech, state monopoly industries). He combines his legal experience and extensive tax knowledge – he has vast experience in providing tax support services, including international tax advisory as well as tax advisory concerning settlements made between affiliated entities and tax groups. He has advised several entities on the application of the tax reliefs concerning innovation (IP Box, R&D tax relief).
He gained his professional experience in renowned law firms and tax advisory companies. He is fluent in English and Russian, he also uses legal Ukrainian.
