Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Doctor of Laws.

Expert in the field of public procurement and head of Firm’s public procurement law practice. For over 20 years his practice has focused on advising on drafting and verification of specifications of the essential terms of the contract, submitting tenders in contract award procedures as well as representing contracting authorities and economic operators in the proceedings before National Appeals Chamber (formerly Arbitration Panel) and Regional Courts.

His areas of expertise are civil law, with a particular focus on proprietary rights (real estate transfers, including problems linked to the separate property of premises) and law of contracts (in particular contracts regarding IT services).

Author of many professional and scientific publications. Lecturer in civil law, public procurement law and telecommunication law.

Holder of  ITIL® Foundation Certificate.
