Legal counsel (since 2014). Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Graduate of the American Law Programme conducted by the Catholic University of America – Columbus School of Law in cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.

Since 2009 he has been advising in the field of new technologies and public procurement. He participated in projects regarding implementation and service contracts (development, negotiations, audits), license agreements (negotiation of license agreements, contract audits, including in the scope of so-called free and open software licenses) and in the field of public procurement, both on behalf of the contractors and on behalf of the ordering parties (support in the tender procedure, preparation of documentation, representation before the National Board of Appeal).

Author of articles in the scientific and industry press on intellectual property rights, implementation contracts and legal aspects of public procurement of IT systems.
