Doctor of laws at the Jagiellonian University (Department of Intellectual Property Law). A graduate of the School of German Law organized by the Jagiellonian University, Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and Johannes-Gutenberg Universität Mainz, as well as post-graduate studies at LL.M. in the field of intellectual property at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. Participant of meetings at international law seminars organized by the Jagiellonian University, Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, Mohyla-Akademie in Kiev and Johannes-Gutenberg Universität Mainz.

She has five years’ experience in intellectual property law and legal aspects of new technologies. She participated in projects related to IT contracts (development, negotiations, audits of implementation, outsourcing, service and other agreements regarding computer software). She has also provides legal services to German entrepreneurs and issued legal opinions on the protection of personal data and access to public information.

Author of numerous publications in the field of intellectual property law, civil and commercial law. Lecturer at trainings, academic conferences and leading public universities in Poland and in Germany.
